If you can find the title insurance policy from your home purchase, it will help your buyers with the purchase of their title insurance (especially if it is less than 10 years old). It's a very nice gesture and greatly appreciated by the buyers.

You will need to notify your current mortage holder of your pending settlement in order to get payoff amounts for settlement. Your agent will be checking with you to make sure the settlement agent has all the information they need.
